This Service User Agreement (“Agreement“) governs your use of our website. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
“Bruno’s Kitchen” refers to Bruno’s Kitchen LTD, a limited liability company established and registered under Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”) laws and located in Marina Square, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
“Website” refers to www.brunos.kitchen
“Services” refers to the services provided by Bruno’s Kitchen through the Website (if applicable), including but not limited to meal purchases and delivery, grooming and daycare services, and products’ purchases.
“User(s)” refers to any individuals who accesses or uses the Website.
“APP” refers to the Bruno’s Kitchen mobile application available on iOS and Android.
To use the APP, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under UAE law.
Registration: Users can use the website to download and install our APP. Users must create an account to access the APP Services. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and for all activities that occur under Users’ account. Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
Meal Delivery: Bruno’s Kitchen provides home-cooked, human-grade meals delivered to your door within the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Grooming and Daycare: Users can book grooming and daycare services through the APP.
Product Purchases: The APP allows you to purchase accessories, toys, and apparel for your pets.
All payments for the Services must be made through the APP using the provided payment methods. By providing payment information, Users authorize Bruno’s Kitchen to charge the applicable fees to Users’ selected payment method.
Users agree not to use the APP for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm Bruno’s Kitchen or its affiliates.
Bruno’s Kitchen reserves the right to terminate or suspend Users’ accounts at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Bruno’s Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the APP.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”).
Bruno’s Kitchen reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the APP or via email.
