What is our food made of?
Our recipes contain high-quality proteins such as beef, chicken, lamb, and fish, along with a variety of fruits, vegetables, oils, and superfoods. There are no fillers, artificial flavours, or preservatives; only natural, fresh, and gently cooked meals customized for your dog.
Who is our food made for?
Our food is formulated and prepared for all healthy puppies and adult dogs.
All our meal options meet (and exceed) the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for both Adult maintenance as well as Puppies growth & reproduction, including the growth of large-breed dogs (those that are 30kg or more as a lean adult).
Are your meals veterinarian-approved?
Yes, our meal options are formulated in consultation with qualified veterinarians and pet food formulators to ensure they meet the nutritional needs of your dog.
Do you include any beneficial supplements in your recipes?
Yes, our scientific patented Nutri-mix blend ™ has all the nutrients your pup needs to stay healthy. We include trace minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients known for their health benefits like anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.
Do I need to feed any other food with your meals?
No, our meals are designed and prepared to ensure a sufficient, fully nutritional, and well-balanced daily diet for your beloved dog.
What if my dog has a known allergic condition?
We offer a variety of food recipes for both puppies and adult dogs to select from. If your dog has a known allergy, or any dietary restriction, please ensure to review the recipes ingredients to determine which meal(s) are best for your pup. You can also contact us directly for assistance.
Is your food delivered fresh?
YES, our meals will be prepared fresh just for you. We cook, portion, package and deliver fresh to your doorstep.
How long does it take you to deliver the food?
Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days from the moment you hit that order button on our APP.
Do I need to refrigerate/freeze the food once received?
NO… and that’s the beauty of Bruno’s Kitchen meals. Our meals are cooked, sterilized, and sealed to ensure long shelf-life. You can serve them as is or heat them up a little if your dog prefers.
How long do the meals last after delivery?
You can safely store the meals at an ambient temperature of 25°C or lower for up to two months if the packaging remains sealed.
Once the pouch is opened, ensure the meal is consumed within 3 hours if kept outside the fridge or within 3 days if kept in the fridge in an air-tight container. Any leftovers after this period should be discarded.
Can I freeze the meals for long-term future consumption?
Sure, you can, if you’re considering a longer storage lifespan, our meals can be frozen for up to twelve (12) months in their original, untouched packaging.
How do I order Bruno’s Kitchen meals?
Just download our mobile APP from our website, Apple and Google stores, and create your dog’s profile, after which, you are good to go!
What if I have more than one dog?
The mobile APP allows you to create a specific Pet Profile for each one of your dogs, you can instantly switch between different Pet Profiles while shopping to ensure a customized shopping experience.
Are your portion sizes different from my current dog food?
Yes, because our food has different calorie densities, the portion size may differ from your current food brand but will still meet your dog’s caloric needs.
How much do I feed my dog?
We’ve got you covered with our feeding algorithm, designed by our chief veterinarian. It considers your dog’s age, weight, and activity level to determine the perfect portion.
The recommended daily intake for your dog will be automatically shown under each meal’s description on the APP.
How do I transition my dog to Bruno’s kitchen food?
Transitioning from kibble, wet food, and raw food to cooked food involves a 10-day transition period where you gradually mix the new food into the old food.
Day 1-3: 75% old food, 25% Bruno’s Kitchen meal
Day 4-6: mix 50% old food, 50% Bruno’s Kitchen meal
Day 7-9: 25% old food, 75% Bruno’s Kitchen meal
Day 10: 100% Bruno’s Kitchen meal. Happy full tummy!
For your first order, just select the “Transition Plan” at ordering and Bruno’s Kitchen APP does the rest of the work for you!
Can I mix your recipes together?
Absolutely, you can mix our food as long as your dog has no allergies to any of the ingredients.However, we crafted each meal to be delicious and served as is on its own, so you should not need to.
Updating your Pup’s profile on the APP
It is important to regularly update your pup’s APP profile parameters (Weight / Activity level) to ensure you are always getting the adequate portion for your dog for all new orders.
Is it possible to place a one-time order?
Of course! Just select the one-time order option from our mobile APP and proceed to checkout. No strings attached.
Do you have a long-term meal ordering option?
Yes, we do! We offer a special-discounted monthly meal option in which you can choose up to three (3) different meals to be enjoyed by your pup for a whole month.
We prepare and portion the food on your behalf and deliver it in adequate number of pouches to be consumed daily for a ZERO leftover feeding experience!
Just select the monthly meal option on our APP for a convenient and hassle-free ordering.
What happens if the monthly supply is almost over?
The APP will send you a reminder a few days before the end of your last monthly plan, you can choose to re-order or amend the plan for a new experience. Don’t worry, if you do not re-order, you will not be automatically charged.
Just remember to update your Pup’s profile (weight and activity level) to ensure you keep getting the adequate feeding portions.
What is the cost of the monthly meal option for my dog?
Once the pet profile is created on our mobile APP, you will instantly get the cost estimate when selecting the monthly meal plan.
Where do you deliver in the UAE?
We currently deliver to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. If you live outside these Emirates or in other countries within the GCC, please get in touch with our customer care to discuss your options.
What are my payment options?
We accept multiple payment options such as all major bank debit and credit cards, including Apple and Google Pay.
How does the loyalty program work?
Upon becoming a member of Bruno’s Kitchen family, you can earn reward points for every new order on meal options. Your reward points can then be redeemed at future orders check-out.
How can I use my promo code?
If you have a promo code, you can apply your promo code during the checkout process. Enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your total.
